By accessing our website, enrolling a student, or using any services provided by Kubs Cove Preschool, parents and guardians unconditionally agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Admission, Fees & Refund Policy
Registration & Deposit: Admission is strictly confirmed upon submission of complete registration forms, valid identity proof, medical records, and receipt of prescribed fees.
Non-Refundability: All paid fees—including admission fees, tuition fees, activity charges, and daycare deposits—are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, regardless of early withdrawal, voluntary absence, or force majeure events.
Late Payments: Failure to clear recurring dues by the stipulated deadline will incur late fee surcharges or result in temporary suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification While Kubs Cove maintains strict supervision, safety standards, and child-proof infrastructure, parents acknowledge that routine physical activities, outdoor play, and social interactions carry inherent risks of minor injuries, scratches, or wear-and-tear. Parents expressly release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kubs Cove, its management, directors, and employees from any claims, suits, liabilities, or expenses arising from incidental accidents occurring within standard care.
Force Majeure Kubs Cove shall not be held liable or responsible for temporary closures, delay in operational schedules, or modified learning modes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, epidemics, or civil unrest.
