Kubs Cove Preschool operates under strict administrative protocols to ensure a disciplined, safe, and nurturing environment for all young learners.
Code of Conduct & Parent Decorum
Parents and visitors must maintain decorum, respect, and civil speech when interacting with school staff, teachers, and other parents on campus or in official digital communication groups.
Defamatory statements, abusive language, harassment, or acts that tarnish the reputation of Kubs Cove online or offline will result in immediate termination of the child’s admission without refund.
Attendance, Timings & Drop-off/Pick-up
Punctuality: Parents must adhere strictly to specified drop-off and pick-up hours.
Pick-up Security: Children will only be released to designated parents or authorized guardians carrying the official Kubs Cove ID card. Prior written notification is mandatory if an alternate person is collecting the child; unauthorized persons will be turned away.
Property Damage & Belongings
Children must not wear expensive jewelry or bring personal valuables, toys, or electronics to school. Kubs Cove assumes zero financial responsibility for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items.
Parents will be billed directly for any deliberate or major damage caused to school property, technology, or equipment by their child.
